Lower Division Clerk (LDC) / JSA: Level-2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200)
Data Entry Operator (DEO): Level-4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100) or Level-5 (₹29,200 – ₹92,300)
Data Entry Operator, Grade 'A': Level-4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100)
Eligibility Criteria
A. Age Limit (as of August 1, 2026)
General Age: 18 to 27 years (Candidates born between August 2, 1999, and August 1, 2008).
Upper Age Relaxations:
OBC: 3 years
SC / ST: 5 years
PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 years
PwBD (OBC): 13 years
PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
Ex-Servicemen (ESM): 3 years
For DEO / DEO Grade 'A' (Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, SSC, and Ministry of Culture): Must have passed 12th Standard in Science stream with Mathematics from a recognized Board or equivalent.
For all other LDC / JSA and DEO Posts: Must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent from a recognized Board/University.
Appearing Candidates: Candidates appearing for their 12th exams can also apply, provided they acquire the essential qualification on or before October 7, 2026.
General / OBC / EWS: ₹100/-
SC / ST / PwBD / Women / Ex-Servicemen: Exempted (Nil)
Payment Mode: Online via BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or Visa/MasterCard/Maestro/RuPay Credit or Debit cards.
The selection consists of two tiers of Computer Based Examinations (CBE):
English Language (Basic Knowledge): 25 Questions (50 Marks)
General Intelligence: 25 Questions (50 Marks)
Quantitative Aptitude (Basic Arithmetic): 25 Questions (50 Marks)
General Awareness: 25 Questions (50 Marks)
Tier-II Exam Structure
Session-I (2 Hours 15 Minutes):
Section-I: Mathematical Abilities (30 Qs) + Reasoning & General Intelligence (30 Qs) = 60 Qs (180 Marks)
Section-II: English Language & Comprehension (40 Qs) + General Awareness (20 Qs) = 60 Qs (180 Marks)
Section-III: Computer Knowledge Test (15 Qs | 45 Marks | 15 Mins)
Session-II:
Section-IV: Skill Test / Typing Test (10–15 minutes depending on post).
Dibrugarh (5102), Guwahati/Dispur (5105), Jorhat (5107), Silchar (5111), and Tezpur (5112).

Complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) if not already done.
Log in, fill in personal and educational details, and choose examination centers.
Upload necessary documents and pay the ₹100 fee (if applicable).
Submit the form and download/print the confirmation application page.
