Eligibility Criteria

Additional Resource Person (ARP) & Assistant Additional Resource Person (AARP)

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Special Qualification: Special B.Ed. or a one-year Diploma in Special Education in any category of disability (RCI recognized) with a valid RCI CRR number.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in a Government organization or NGO working in the field of disability, SSA or DPEP, as specified for the respective post in the notification.

Special Educator

• Qualification: One-year Diploma in Special Education in any category of disability with a valid RCI CRR number.
• Preference: Candidates with working experience in a Government organization or NGO working in the field of disability, SSA or DPEP.

Priority / Preference

• Female candidates with disability, siblings of a person with disability, and persons having a child with disability, who possess the requisite qualification, will be given priority.

General Eligibility

• Applicant must be an Indian citizen (as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India).
• Candidate must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient discharge of duties.
• The engagement is temporary and will neither be regularized under Samagra Shiksha, Axom nor absorbed in any Government of Assam programme in future.

Age Limit

Selection Process

1. Only eligible candidates will be called for the test/interview.
2. The exact date and time will be communicated separately to shortlisted candidates.
3. Marking will cover General Awareness, Personality & Aptitude, Subject Matter in the relevant field and Relevant Experience.
4. Candidates must obtain at least 50% of the total marks in the interview to be shortlisted.
5. The decision of the Selection Committee will be final and binding on all candidates.
