Eligibility Criteria
Essential qualification: Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications.
- Three years full-time degree in Sericulture, OR
- Four years full-time degree in Sericulture, OR
- Three years full-time degree plus PG Diploma in Sericulture, OR
- Four years full-time Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Sciences / Forestry, OR
- Three years full-time degree in Biological Sciences (Zoology, Botany or Biology) or Biotechnology plus PG Diploma in Sericulture, OR
- Three years full-time Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences (Zoology, Botany or Biology) or Biotechnology plus one year experience in Sericultural project work.
Desirable qualification: Work experience in the field of silkworm rearing and grainage (Pre-Cocoon Sector).
- Age limit: Upper age limit is 35 years as on 26 October 2026.
- Nature of engagement: Purely contractual, initially for a period not exceeding one (1) year.
