Age Range: 21 to 30 years (Born between 30.06.1996 and 30.06.2005, both days inclusive).
Age Relaxation:
SC / ST: 5 years
OBC (NCL): 3 years
PwBD: 10 years
Ex-servicemen: 5 years
Widows / Divorced / Legally Separated Women: 9 years
AO (Generalists):
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Agriculture, Data Science, etc.) with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
AO (Hindi Officers):
Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory/elective subject or medium of exam at degree level with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
OR Master's degree in English with Hindi as a compulsory/elective subject or medium of exam at degree level with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Selection Process
The selection process consists of three sequential stages:
Stage 1: Preliminary Examination (100 Marks | 60 Mins)
English Language (30 marks)
Reasoning Ability (35 marks)
Quantitative Aptitude (35 marks)
Stage 2: Main Examination
For Generalists: Objective Test (200 questions, 250 marks, 150 mins) covering English, Reasoning, Quant, General Awareness (Financial Sector), and Computer Knowledge + Descriptive Test (Essay & Letter Writing, 30 marks, 30 mins).
For Hindi Officers: Objective Test (150 questions, 200 marks, 120 mins) + Descriptive Test (Essay, Letter Writing, Translation, 50 marks, 60 mins).
Stage 3: Interview
Candidates qualifying the Main Exam will be shortlisted for the interview round (up to 3 times the total vacancies).
