1. Controller of Examinations

• A Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
• At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level-11 and above, or 8 years of service in Academic Level-12 and above including as Professor/Associate Professor, along with experience in educational administration.
• Comparable experience in research establishments and/or other institutions of higher education may also be considered.
• Alternatively, 15 years of administrative experience, including 8 years as Deputy Controller of Examinations or an equivalent university post.
• Desirable: Experience in conducting or assisting university/college/institution examinations and related executive-level work, along with working knowledge of computers and software.

Age Limit: Maximum 55 years as on 1 January 2026.

2. Deputy Registrar

• A Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
• 9 years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level-10 and above with experience in educational administration.
• Comparable experience in research establishments and/or other institutions of higher education may also be considered.
• Alternatively, 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.
• Desirable: Working knowledge of computers and software and experience in establishment, academic or financial administration in a university or research organization.

Age Limit: Maximum 55 years as on 1 January 2026.

3. Deputy Controller of Examinations

• A Master's Degree in any subject with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
• 9 years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level-10 and above with experience in educational administration.
• Comparable experience in research establishments and/or other institutions of higher education may also be considered.
• Alternatively, 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.
• Desirable: Experience in conducting or assisting university/college/institution examinations and related executive-level work, with working knowledge of computers and software.

Age Limit: Maximum 55 years as on 1 January 2026.
