Senior Young Professional – Eligibility

Technical-RPPT

• BE/B.Tech in Textile, Footwear, Rubber or Polymer Technology, or M.Sc. in Chemistry.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a footwear/textile/rubber/paper/plastic testing laboratory.
• Relevant experience in procurement of laboratory equipment and development of a new laboratory test facility is required as specified.

Management

• Post Graduate Diploma or MBA from a recognized University/Institution.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience, preferably in a Government organization.

Technical-Microbiology

• M.Sc. in Microbiology or B.Tech in Microbiology.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the relevant field in a testing laboratory.

Technical-Electrical

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Electrical Testing Laboratory.

Technical-Civil

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in testing of building materials, soil, glass/gypsum/calcium silicate boards, DBM/BM/SDBM and related areas.

Technical-Food Analyst

• As per Corrigendum-01 dated 15 September 2026, this Jaipur post was re-designated from Senior Young Professional (Technical-Microbiology) to Senior Young Professional (Technical-Food Analyst).
• M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, Biochemistry, Microbiology or equivalent.
• Candidate should be a qualified Food Analyst as per FSSAI requirements and have knowledge of FSSAI and NABL requirements.

Junior Young Professional – Eligibility

Technical-Chemical

• M.Sc. in Chemistry or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the relevant field in a testing laboratory.

Technical-Mechanical

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the relevant field in a testing laboratory.

Technical-Civil

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year experience in testing of building materials, soil, glass/gypsum/calcium silicate boards, DBM/BM/SDBM and related areas.

Technical-Electrical

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the relevant field in a testing laboratory.

Technical-Microbiology

• M.Sc. in Microbiology or B.Tech in Microbiology.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the relevant field in a testing laboratory.

Technical-RPPT

• BE/B.Tech in Textile, Footwear, Rubber or Polymer Technology, or M.Sc. in Chemistry.
• Minimum 1 year experience in footwear/rubber/paper/textile/plastic testing laboratory work.

Technical-IT

• B.Tech in Computer Science, M.Tech in Computer Science, or Master of Computer Applications from a recognized University/Institution.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the relevant field in a testing laboratory.

Technical-Aerospace

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering, or BE/B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering/Materials Science.
• Minimum 1 year in R&D, industrial testing or scientific activities with hands-on experience in Mechanical Testing or Material Characterization, as specified in the notice.

Technical-Drone

• BE/B.Tech in Aeronautical, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year full-time post-qualification experience in Drone Certification activities.

Age Limit

The age is to be considered as on the last date of submission of application. Corrigendum-01 also provides for relaxation of the upper age limit for exceptionally qualified candidates, subject to the decision of the Selection Committee and approval of the Competent Authority.

Salary / Remuneration

The remuneration is enhanced by ₹5,000 per year in case of extension of tenure.

Contract Period

• The engagement is purely contractual.
• Initial tenure is 1 year.
• The tenure may be extended up to a maximum of 4 years, subject to satisfactory performance and other conditions in the notification.
• The contract may be terminated as provided in the terms of engagement.
• No TA/DA is admissible for the selection process, joining or completion of the assignment.

Important Dates

*The NTH notice states the deadline as within 15 days of issuance of the advertisement in Employment News. The 26 September 2026 date is the commonly reported deadline based on the 11 September 2026 advertisement date; candidates should verify the Employment News publication date/official notice before submission.
