Eligibility
Foreman: Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline with the prescribed marks.
Operator (Chemical): B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, or B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry, with the prescribed marks.
Technician: Matriculation with relevant ITI/NAC qualification.
Accounts Assistant Trainee: B.Com. with the prescribed marks and required computer/typing proficiency.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is generally 32 years for specified Foreman and Junior Superintendent posts and 30 years for specified Operator, Technician and trainee posts.
Age relaxation is available for eligible reserved categories as per BCPL rules.
Salary
S-3 Grade: ₹25,000 – ₹81,430
Trainee Stipend: ₹21,000 per month

UR/OBC-NCL/EWS: ₹200
SC/ST/PwBD: Nil
