Scale of Pay: Pay Scale 14000-60500 Grade Pay 6200/- PB-2
Educational Qualification: ANM
course passed from any recognised institution by Indian Nursing Council
and must be registered under "Assam Mid Wives & Health Visitor
Council" (Attach self-attested valid supporting documents)
3. Field Worker
No of posts: 2
Scale of Pay: Pay Scale 14000-60500 Grade Pay 6200/- PB-2
Educational Qualification: HSSLC Passed/ Minimum 6 (Six) month Diploma in computer application (Attach self attested valid supporting documents)
4. Computor

Scale of Pay: Pay Scale 14000-60500 Grade Pay 6200/- PB-2

Other Criteria of KAAC Recruitment
Resident-ship: The candidate must be a must be a citizen of India.Physical Fitness:
(a) The candidate must be of sound health, both mentally and physically.
(b) Required to undergo medical examination before appointment to the service.
Age Limit:
The Candidate should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01-01-2021. The upper age limit is relaxable:-
a. By 5 years for SC/ST candidate, i.e up to 43 years.
b. Bv 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e up to 41 years.

How to Apply for KAAC Recruitment ?
# The eligible candidates can submit/ addressed their application to the Office of the Addl. Chief Medical & Health Officer (FW), Rongkhelan, Diphu in the Drop Box from 12th to 29th November 2021 during office hours.
# The application should clearly write "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF" on the front cover of the envelope.
# The
eligible candidates shall apply in standard form of application along
with KAAC money receipt of Rs. 10/- (Ten) as application fee. The
eligible candidate must submit 3 (Three) Nos. of Passport size
photograph affixing one, self attested copy on the application form.
# Self-attested
Xerox copy of all relevant certificate/ Mark sheets/ caste certificates
etc. have to be submitted along with the application.
# The candidates willing to apply for more than one post shall have to submit separate application form for each post.
