Gauhati High Court has released a job advertisement for recruitment of 8 Senior Personal Assistant (Stenographer Grade-II) & Judicial Assistant Vacancy in the Principal Seat of Gauhati High Court. Eligible candidates may apply online at ghconline.gov.in.

1. Senior Personal Assistant
No. of Post: 5
Scale of Pay: PB-3, Rs. 22000-97000/-, Grade Pay Rs. 9400/-
2. Judicial Assistant
No. of Post: 3 [OBC/MOBC-2, SC-1]
Scale of Pay: PB-3, Rs. 14000-60500/-, Grade Pay Rs. 8700/-
Age Limit: Category wise age limits for the posts, as on last date of receipt of applications, will be as under:-
• Unreserved.....................40 years
• OBC//MOBC.................. 43 years
• SC.................................. 45 years
• ST (P) & ST (H).............. 45 years
• PWD............................... 50 years
Proof of Residency: A candidate must possess a valid Registration Number of Employment Exchange for the State of Assam.
Educational Qualification:
Senior Personal Assistant: A
candidate must be a Bachelors Degree holder from a recognized
university preferably with a diploma in Stenography in English with
minimum speed of 100 wpm in shorthand and 40 wpm on a computer. Due
weightage will be given to law graduate.
Judicial Assistant: A
candidate must be a Bachelors Degree holder from a recognized
University. Candidates shall also possess knowledge in the field of
Computer
Application Fee:
Candidates
under PWD (Person with disability) category need not to pay any fee.
The details of application fee to be paid by the candidates are
indicated below:
• For Sc/ ST(P)/ ST(H): Rs.150/-
• PWD: Nil
• For all others: Rs.300/-
