ICAR - NBSSLUP, Regional Centre, Jamuguri Road, P.O. Borbheta, Rowriah, Jorhat, Assam released advertisement for recruitment one Young Professional-II (YP-II) and one Skilled personal vacancy
for Laboratory on purely contractual basis in the project “Land
resource inventory of Arunachal Pradesh in large scale for agricultural
land use planning using geo-spatial techniques”.

1. Young Professional-II (Laboratory)
No. of Post: 1
Essential Qualification: Post-Graduate in Agricultural Sciences/Basic Sciences/ or Graduate Degree in Engineering/Technology/Veterinary Science.
Desirable Qualification:
(i) Knowledge and working experience in the analysis of soil, sediments and plants .
(ii) Working Knowledge in computer word processing and database management.
Age Limit: Maximum
age limit is 35 for general candidates and relaxation of 5 years for
SC/ST and woman candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
2. Skilled Personal (Laboratory)
No. of Post: 1
Essential Qualification: Graduate in any discipline preferably in science stream.
Desirable Qualification:
(i) Working experience in soil laboratory work.
(ii) Basic knowledge of computer.
Age Limit: 35 years for Skilled/Technical positions (age relaxation of five years for SC/ST & women and three years for OBC)
Selection Process of NBSSLUP Jorhat Recruitment:
The interview will be held on virtual
platform. Only selected candidates will be called for the virtual
interview for each post. The schedule of online interview:

b) The application should contain a colour photograph.
c) Scanned copy of date of birth certificate.
d) Scanned copy of mark sheet/certificate of the minimum essential qualification, e.g.,
B.A./B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech., etc.
e) Scanned copy of experience certificate.
