UCO Bank has announced 530 provisional apprentice vacancies across India. The following states and regions are among those listed in the recruitment information.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must possess a graduate degree from a recognised university or an institution approved by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies.
• The graduation degree must have been completed and the relevant mark sheets/provisional or final degree certificate obtained on or after 1 April 2022.
• Candidates should ensure that they meet all conditions specified in the official notification and have the required documents available.

Age Limit and Age Relaxation

The prescribed age range is 20 to 28 years as on 1 October 2026. Upper-age relaxation applies to eligible categories as described in the recruitment notice.

Candidates claiming relaxation must provide the supporting certificates required by the official notification.

Monthly Stipend and Training Period

The apprenticeship training period is one year. The total monthly stipend is ₹16,650, including the applicable Government of India contribution.

Apprentices are not eligible for other allowances or employee benefits under this engagement. Apprenticeship training does not create a right to regular employment.

Application / Examination Fee

The fee is non-refundable. Follow the examination-registration instructions sent through the prescribed process and verify the amount before payment.

Selection Process and Exam Pattern

The selection process includes an online objective-type entrance examination, followed by document verification and other required checks.

• Examination duration: 60 minutes.
• Examination date: 7 November 2026 at 11:00 AM.
• Minimum qualifying marks: 40 for General/EWS and 35 for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD, as described in the recruitment information.
• Final engagement is subject to document verification, local-language requirements, medical fitness and other applicable conditions.

Local Language Requirement

Applicants must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking and understanding at least one local language of the State/UT they select. The local-language test is conducted during document verification. Candidates who studied the specified language in Class 10 or Class 12 and provide the required mark sheet or certificate may be exempt from the test, subject to the official rules.
