Educational Qualification & Experience

| DTP Operator | 10+2 with minimum 1-year Diploma/Certificate in DTP, Graphic Designing, Photoshop, CAD-CAM or Computer Applications and minimum 1 year experience in desktop publishing, document formatting and printing-related work. English and Assamese typing and DTP software proficiency are essential. |
| Data Entry Operator | 10+2 with minimum 1-year Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications, Data Entry or Office Automation and minimum 1 year experience in data entry, office automation and digital record management. MS Office and online data handling proficiency are essential. |
Additional Eligibility Conditions
- All qualifications must be obtained from recognized Boards, Universities or Institutions.
- Candidates must fulfil the prescribed educational qualification and experience requirements on or before the last date of application.
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience in the SAMARTH eGov Suite, particularly in Government, University or academic administrative systems.
- The engagement is purely contractual and does not create any right to permanent absorption or regular appointment.
Contract Period
The engagement is initially for six months. It may be extended for a further period of up to six months depending on project requirements and satisfactory performance.
Selection Process
- Applications will be screened according to the prescribed eligibility criteria.
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for a computer-based practical test.
- The practical test will be conducted before the interview.
- Only candidates qualifying in the practical test will be called for the interview.
