Bank of Baroda has released a recruitment notification for the recruitment of 1100 Wealth Executive & Credit Analyst – C&IC posts. Probation Period : 12 months (1 year)
Post-Wise Breakdown
1. Wealth Executive
- Vacancies: 1,100 posts
- Age Limit: 22 to 32 years (as of September 1, 2026)
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in any discipline AND one valid certification (IC 38, NISM Series V-A, NISM Series XXI-A, or NISM Series V-D).
- Preferred: Full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management or MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking).
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of wealth products with leading banks, broking/securities firms, AMCs, or wealth management companies.
2. Credit Analyst – C&IC
- Vacancies: 100 posts
- Age Limit: 21 to 33 years (as of September 1, 2026)
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in any discipline AND Chartered Accountant (CA).
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank (Corporate Credit experience preferred).
Age Relaxation
- SC / ST: 5 years
- OBC-NCL: 3 years
- PwBD: 10–15 years (depending on category)
Application Fee
- UR / EWS / OBC: ₹850/- + Payment Gateway Charges
- SC / ST / PwBD / ESM / Women: ₹175/- + Payment Gateway Charges
Selection Process & Online Test Pattern
The selection process includes Application Scrutiny, Online Test, Psychometric Test / Group Discussion, and/or Personal Interview.
Online Test Pattern (120 Questions | 120 Marks | 120 Minutes):
- English Language: 20 Questions (20 Marks / 20 Mins)
- Reasoning Ability & Quantitative Aptitude: 20 Questions (20 Marks / 20 Mins)
- General / Economic & Banking Awareness: 20 Questions (20 Marks / 20 Mins)
- Professional Knowledge (Position-Specific): 60 Questions (60 Marks / 60 Mins)
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks penalty per wrong answer.
- Interview Qualifying Marks: 60% for General/EWS, 55% for Reserved Categories.
