AIIDC Recruitment 2021
1. Dy. General Manager (HR & Administration)
No. of Post: 01 (One)
Qualification: Post Graduate in any stream (M.Com/ MA/ MBA/ MSc) with LLB Degree.
Experience: At least 7 years of working experience in Human Resource Management or Administration.
Pay Scale: PB-4, Rs.30000-110000 with Grade Pay Rs.16900/-
Age: Below 45 years as on 01.01.2021
2. Dy. General Manager (PM)
No. of Post: 01
Qualification: B.Tech and MBA
Experience: At
least 7 years of experience in Project Manager in Govt/reputed PSU or
Govt Societies/any organization like in reputed consultancy firm.
Pay Scale: PB-4, Rs.30000-110000 with Grade Pay Rs.16900/-
Age: Below 45 years as on 01.01.2021
3. Dy. General Manager (Finance)
No. of Post: 01 (One)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Commerce Stream.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Financial Management in Govt/PSU/Society.
Pay Scale: PB-4, Rs.30000-110000 with Grade Pay Rs.16900/-
Age: Below 65 years as on 01.01.2021
4. Dy. Manager (IT)
No. of Post: 01 (One)
Qualification: Master of Computer Application (MCA) with Certificate Course in Hardware and Networking.
Experience: At least 10 years of IT related experience out of which at least 7 (Seven) years experience in Govt/Semi Govt/PSU.
Pay Scale: PB-4, Rs.30000-110000 with Grade Pay Rs.16900/-
Age: Below 47 years as on 01.01.2021
5. Accountant
No. of Post: 01 (One)
Qualification: B.Com (Accountancy/Cost Accountant) or equivalent.
Experience: At least 7 years of similar experience in Accountancy/Cost Accountancy.
Pay Scale: PB-3, Rs.22000-87000 with Grade Pay Rs.9100/-
Age: Below 45 years as on 01.01.2021
