Civil Engineering: 25 [UR:14, EWS:3, OBC:6, SC:2]
Mechanical Engineering: 15 [UR:7, EWS:2, OBC:4, SC:2]
Electrical Engineering: 8 [UR:2, EWS:1, OBC:2, SC:2, ST:1]
Scale of pay: Rs.40,000 – 1,40,000
Eligibility Criteria of RITES Ltd GET Recruitment
Age Limit: Candidate age must be between 21 to 30 years as on 01/07/2021.
GATE Score: Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria should have appeared for GATE – 2020 OR GATE – 2021 .
Educational Qualification:
GET (Civil): Full time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) degree in Civil Engineering .
GET (Mechanical): Full time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Automobile Engineering .
GET (Electrical): Full time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
# Final Year/Semester students are also eligible, provided they have obtained minimum 60% marks for General/ EWS (50% for SC/ST/OBC candidates against reserved posts) or equivalent CGPA in aggregate of all semesters/years up to pre-final examination and would be qualifying the laid down Educational Qualification with requisite marks.

General/OBC: Rs. 600/- plus Taxes as applicable
EWS/ SC/ST/ PWD: Rs. 300/- plus Taxes as applicable
